Your wedding day should be a day where you remember the laughter . . . the fun . . . and the love.  We want you to remember what you laughed at when your new husband whispered in your ear or how it felt to be wrapped in his embrace for the first time as husband and wife or how lucky you felt when you noticed a sweet smile on your new bride's lips as her veil blew in the breeze. 

 

Our goal is to help you remember the feelings and experience of one of the most important days of your life.  

 

The Planning Session

You will begin by having a planning session with Susanne.  This session is designed to plan the time frame and locations for your special day but also to create the relationship between you and your photographer that is going to ensure that you have amazing photographs.  When you have a great relationship with your photographer you will be more comfortable being photographed and that will reflect in your portraits.

 

The Engagement Session 

All our packages include a complimentary Mini-Engagement Session which further allows us to get to know you as a couple.  We want you to interact as you normally would with all the fun and laughter as well as the embraces and special glances.  We want your engagement session to reflect each of your individual personalities while showing the unity you have as a couple.  

 

Your Mini-Session includes a choice of four Locations in the Rhinelander area that give four very distinctive looks such as two locations for Urban, as well as a location each for Nature or Beach.  We encourage our couples to choose the location that fits the look they would like in their portraits.   In-Studio portraits are always available as well.  

 

While your wedding photographs are usually displayed in an album, most couples will choose these photographs to display as wall art in their new home together.  Some will use these portraits to create custom wedding programs, invitations or party favors.

 

Upgrades are available to a Full-Session which would include clothing changes and/or a location of your choice.

 

The Big Day

Every couples big day is different, which is why we have a planning session.  That way all your locations and timing is set so you can just experience the wonder of your wedding day. You can be assured that you will have two photographers to capture your day as it unfolds.  

 

The secret to looking amazing in your wedding photos is to have more fun than anyone else at your wedding!  We have discovered that our most amazing photographs were created with couples who were having a blast at their wedding.  These couples were not concerned when the tablecloths were the wrong color or even when a few raindrops started to fall.  No matter what happened these couples were beaming, laughing and genuinely glowing in a way that makeup and creative lighting cannot replicate. 

 

Focus on your new life together, and how excited you are to marry this person.  The way you gaze at each other will reveal those feelings and it will allow us to capture those moments.  Take some time alone together to just revel in your new marriage.  Most importantly, have fun!  This is your wedding, so just relax, enjoy yourself and act natural.  Your happiness will shine through in your photos and you will look beautiful and have lovely photographs to commemorate your wedding day!

 

After The Wedding

A short time after you and your new spouse return from your honeymoon the highlights of your day will be spotlighted on our Blog as well as on Facebook using our exclusive Video format.  Soon after all the photographs from your special day will be uploaded to an online album where you and your guests will be able to view and order them.  With so many of our couples separated from their guest by many miles, we find this a great way to share those memories with them. 

 

We will do planning sessions by phone if you prefer, and always try to accomodate your needs in every way we can.

 

The hardest part about choosing JNS Photography for your wedding will be deciding what photos to get!
